Justin P. Moore was born in 1974 and grew up in the USA and the Marshall Islands. He has lived and worked as an artist, graphic designer, and translator in Berlin since 2001. Justin regularly cooks at vegan events, offers cooking classes and vegan dinners throughout Europe, and, when not traveling, runs his extremely popular website www.lotusartichoke.com. He is also very active on Facebook and Instagram with "The Lotus and the Artichoke" and has well over 10,000 followers.
