Issued in a flipback black and white picture card sleeve, square thumb-cut at top rear; credited to "Spizzoil" on cover, "Spizz Oil" on labels. This edition with "Copyright Control" at 10 o'clock on label side B, otherwise identical to [r=608220, doesn't have an anti-slip ridge on the label edges which appear smooth instead. Some copies may have the label with the credits [side B on both sides. Similar editions crediting Orwell - Endwell/Chappells Music Ltd or Blonde Reed on the label also exist.
